Does Learning to Play The Piano
Really Have to Be Boring and Difficult?

I'm bored. There's gotta be a better way!A normal kid, growing up, decides that he or she wants to learn to play the piano. So a parent signs them up for lessons and there's great enthusiasm for a few weeks….and then slowly but surely they give it away never to touch it again! At first they loved it, now they hate it. Why?

For many the answer is, "too boring, too difficult!"

Dig a little deeper and they will tell you it was not really music they were learning, but notes & scales, then silly stuff like ‘Chopsticks' and ‘Yankee doodle.' And it was slow. Too slow to give them the musical results they desired.

Times have changed. When it comes to learning to play the piano now, the old way of doing things is out the door.

Picture this: Imagine this is you. You are learning the piano and you love it. Why? Well, it's because:

You have an awesome teacher who is easy to understand and one who hits on so many important elements of learning to play the piano, while also making it a lot of fun!
By the end of the first session you felt like you already had a handle on how the keyboard is laid out.
Your questions are being answered almost as soon as they pop into your head.
You are playing real songs right away - popular songs that everyone knows – not silly songs.
The feeling you get is encouraging and empowering. A little bit of encouragement goes a long way.
You enjoy the pace of the sessions, they move along and keep you engaged, but not so much that you feel lost.
Note reading, basic music theory and advanced playing techniques are being added a little at a time and it never seems overwhelming for you.
You can choose your own pace for learning the lessons, having fun from the very beginning
You are not obligated to attend any regular lessons.
You are getting all the benefits of a private, professional teacher, without their expenses or having to fit in with their schedule.
You can take a break or have a snack in the middle of a lesson and come back later when you are ready.
You enjoy playing the different genres of music, in fact it inspires you.
You enjoy taking full advantage by participating in the jam sessions with a band, which makes it all come together.
You can see yourself developing sophisticated skills if you follow all the way through.

All this, and much more is now available to you. Image - Learning to play the piano - having fun doing so
